摘要: The establishment of better selection criteria for identifying sub-populations that may benefit from treatment is a key aspect the development and success targeted therapy. To investigate methods assessing MET overexpression in gastric cancer, we conducted immunohistochemistry using new anti-Total monoclonal antibody single-institution cohort 495 patients. As directed against membranous and/or cytoplasmic epitope, two interpretation were used: (1) (2) alone. In selected 120 cases, copy number gain mRNA expression levels measured quantitative real-time PCR. Further situ hybridization confirmed presence gene amplification. Among cancers, simultaneous was found 108 cases (21.8%) alone observed 40 (8.1%). highest correlation staining MET: scores correlated significantly with high (r=0.465, P 0.05). We developed highly correlating carcinomas. an independent prognostic factor could be potential target predictor therapy inhibitors.
