摘要: The aim of the present study was to test effectiveness a sausage-casing membrane for dialysis Toxocara excretory-secretory antigens (TES). protein concentrated by tested compared with that obtained using Sigma commercial membrane, as were fractions found polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Standard positive and negative serum samples evaluated in an ELISA immunoassay, equivalent data all steps, indicating is efficient, besides being less expensive process.
