摘要: Actin was discovered 50 years ago by the Hungarian biochemist Bruno Straub (1). He isolated actin at low ionic strength as a component of muscle acetone powder (2). then observed that solutions salt concentrations became highly viscous after addition mono- or divalent cations (2), i.e. he had monomeric (G)- polymerizes into filamentous (F-) actin. also described association with myosin A (myosin) to form extremely B (actomyosin) and reduction viscosity ATP, dissociating effect ATP on actomyosin complex (2, 3)
