摘要: The full-length coding sequence of rat liver-specific organic anion transporter-1 (lst-1) and its splice variant have been cloned. lst-1 (designated rlst-1a) encodes a protein containing 687 amino acids has 12-putative transmembrane domains, multiple potential N-glycosylation phosphorylation sites. Therefore, lst-1a 35 additional acid residues compared to the previously reported lst-1. A rlst-1c) in this communication 654 10-putative domains. PCR analysis suggests that rlst-1a is most abundant form liver. Phylogenetic reveals an ortholog human LST-1 (hLST-1) mouse (mlst-1). rlst-1 gene composed 15 exons 14 introns. Analysis exon-intron boundary rlst-1c lacks entire exon 7, while herein as rlst-1b) approximately half 10, splicing occurred through alternative usage donor site within 10.
