摘要: Elevated soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in sera is observed patients with malignant lymphoma (ML). Therefore, sIL-2R commonly used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for ML, but the mechanisms responsible increase levels B-cell lymphomas have not yet been elucidated. We first hypothesized that cells expressing IL-2R some proteinases such matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) tumor microenvironment can give rise to increased sera. However, flow cytometric studies revealed few expressed α chain (CD25) diffuse large (DLBCL) follicular (FL), most CD25-expressing were T-cells. Distinct correlations between CD25 expression on B-lymphoma observed. then confirmed MMP-9 plays an important role producing functional studies. Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis also mainly derived from tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). therefore evaluated number of CD68 CD163 positive using IHC analysis. A correlation numbers was FL extranodal DLBCL. These results may be useful understanding pathophysiology lymphomas.
