摘要: Summary Effects of 5 weeks streptozotocin treatment on the mouse gastrointestinal tract were studied with special emphasis enterochromaffin (EC) cells. In streptozotocintreated animals frequency EC cells was reduced in antral area and small intestine, but increased colon. The length intestinal mucosal thickness these animals. Possible mechanisms underlying abnormalities cell system are discussed.
