摘要: Abstract The coexistence of ‘metallic-like’ in-plane dc conductivity and ‘semiconducting-like’ out-of-plane ( c -axis) σ ) , generating huge anisotropy in underdoped high-temperature cuprate superconductors (HTCSs), defies our current understanding metals. In this report, we present an intrinsic doping dependence . We find that for HTCSs is universally scaled to the value at optimal doped-hole concentration. universal scaling behavior suggests there are three processes contribute : (i) doping-dependent-activated gap; (ii) exponential dependences, (iii) tunneling between adjacent CuO2 block layers. They essential underlying characteristics -axis transport all HTCSs.
