摘要: Macrophages pretreated with diisopropyl fluorophosphate (DFP) or incubated soybean trypsin inhibitor demonstrate enhanced inhibition of migration caused by factor (MIF). This enhancing effect DFP is time, dose, and temperature dependent. Incubation MIF in serum treated had no effect. In addition, hydrolysis products were inactive. These findings strongly suggest that a macrophage-associated serine esterase, which present an active form before the addition counteracts MIF, involved MIF-macrophage interaction. Its significance as control mechanism macrophage-mediator response discussed.
