摘要: We studied 36 glioblastoma cases at HC-UNICAMP from 2008 to 2012 and classified the immunohistochemical distribution of wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), mutated forms p53 protein isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH-1) murine double 2 (MDM2). Immunostaining findings were correlated with clinical data response treatment (surgery, chemotherapy radiotherapy). About 97% tumors primary, most them localized in frontal lobe. Mean time free or symptomatic disease radiological 7.56 7.14 months, respectively. observed a significant positive correlation between expressions MDM2, EGFR MDM2. Clinical, overall survivals also showed correlation. staining survival negative The current series provides histopathological that contribute knowledge on Brazilians.
