摘要: Abstract The antimicrobial activity of ten root canal sealers was studied on Streptococcus sanguis and mutant. One hundred plates trypticase soy agar-sheep red blood cell (10%), each with four distinct 3 mm diameter wells, were divided into two groups 50 by means the Lawn technique; one group inoculated S. other mutans. Four milligrams sealer placed in three wells 10 (five inoculant); fourth well left empty as a control site. Plateswere incubated at 37° C checked after 2, 7, 14 days. All inhibited growth both organisms. inhibitory zones for larger than mutans all tested sealers, except Diaket. Dentinol, Kerr, Tubliseal had significantly more effect did (p
