摘要: Low surface energy fluorocarbon polymer coatings were prepared via plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl acrylate (PFDA) in a low pressure inductively excited RF plasma. The influence parameters, such as, time, continuous wave (CW) and pulse modulated (PM) mode, power duty cycle (DC) on morphology wettablity the PFDA was investigated using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) contact angle (CA) measurement techniques. played pivotal role tailoring morphology, wettability coating. water CA hysteresis values for suggested wetting characteristics coating satisfying Wenzel model nanostructured solid-water wetted contact. A thin conformal transformed super-hydrophilic Whatman filter paper into super-hydrophobic oleophobic surface, which has industrial applications development durable, stain resistance liquid repellent papers. antifouling property by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) exhibited protein behavior against three proteins namely, ovalbumin (OVA), human serum albumin (HSA) fibrinogen (FGN).
