Depth-image-based 3D rendering with edge dependent preprocessing

摘要: In this paper, we address the boundary mismatch problem between a color image and corresponding depth for depth-image-based rendering (DIBR) propose an edge dependent preprocessing method. Due to problem, synthesized views without generate both separation loss of foreground objects, which result in serious visual artifacts. We first analyze each condition generates loss, then determine areas where is necessary. Edge parallax descent propagation are applied these estimated areas, respectively. Simulation results show that our algorithm efficiently prevents artifacts with low computational complexity.
