摘要: We report a miniaturized device integrating photoactive material with highly efficient Light Emitting Diode light source. This so-called micro plate configuration allows for maximizing the irradiance impinging on material, minimum power consumption, excellent uniformity, and accurate control of illumination. demonstrate these advantages an example application: photoactivated gas sensors consumption as low 30 μW (this is 1000 times lower than best figures reported to date). The letter also presents quantitative model set design rules implement it in further integrated applications.We applications.
