摘要: The present study examined the distribution in human spinal cord of a unique carboxy terminus sequence contained within MOR-1C, one recently described splice variants cloned mu opioid receptor gene MOR-1. Although MOR-1-like immunoreactivity (LI) and delta receptor-like were observed only superficial laminae, MOR-1C-LI was abundant laminae dorsal horn around central canal. In substantia gelatinosa, found small diameter axonal elements, cytoplasm plasmalemma neurons dendrites inner lamina II some fibers Lissauer's tract. These studies imply presence MOR-1C its suggests that it plays role control pain processing.
