摘要: Inflammatory responses have been proposed as important factors in dopaminergic neuro-degeneration Parkinsonism. Increasing evidence suggests that the alteration of glial microenvironment induced by neuronal degeneration could be deleterious to remaining neurons. The activation microglia/macrophages and reactive astrocytes may a negative effect on surrounding parenchyma, perpetuating neurodegenerative process. However, this also go beyond brain parenchyma stimulate other inflammatory changes systems, inducing release proinflammatory cytokines probably Acute Phase Proteins (APP) Glucocorticoids (GC). In work we review latest advances field provide picture state art studies Parkinsonism, hopefully opening up new therapeutic perspectives for patients with Parkinson’s disease.
