摘要: Abstract Tissue engineering and health care involve the diagnosis, treatment, prevention of diseases with ultimate goal to improve people's quality life by developing advanced materials therapeutic approaches based on scaffolds drug delivery. Bio-based polymers are excellent candidate for these purposes as, example, they provide biophysical biochemical properties able induce correct biological response both in vitro vivo applications. This review aims reader an overview use bio-based polymers, as well their blends composites, tissue purposes. Special emphasis is given supercritical fluid processing delivery scaffold fabrication, enable preparation biomedical systems avoid chemicals potentially harmful cells living tissues. The last part this highlights some significant applications polymeric regeneration specific tissues, namely bone, cartilage, blood vessel, nerve, skin dermis.
