摘要: Serum samples from patients with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis contain an inhibitor of complement mediated inhibition immune precipitation (CMIP). This inhibitory effect can be produced by the addition either purified monoclonal or polyclonal IgM factor (RF) to human serum. The specificity influences degree inhibition, and when occurs coprecipitates antigen-antibody complex. In sera there was a significant positive correlation between RF concentration activity, though range activity seen for same considerable. Small quantities heat aggregated IgG (HAGG) had much greater on measurement in enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) than they did CMIP assay. Larger HAGG initiated activation increased complexes. reduced activating properties reducing amount Clq which bound aggregate. mechanisms overcomes may involve its effects binding Cl
