摘要: Higher life-forms have evolved in the course of evolution by virtue (cellular) compartmentalization. Each cellular compartment (nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi, etc..) is surrounded one or two membranes and has a unique structure composition along with function. Since most constituents different compartments are synthesized centrally cell, highly efficient sorting targeting machinery must exist order to create maintain differences between individual compartments.
