摘要: The distribution of lysozyme in normal and pathological human gastric colonic mucosa was studied by light electron microscopic immunocytochemical techniques compared with histological histochemical features. Lysozyme localized pyloric glandular epithelial cells, mucous neck cells fundic glands, Paneth some crypt the mature mucosa. In addition, detected a large spectrum "immature" or "regenerative" epithelium: regenerative zone, undifferentiated columnar surface hyperplastic interfoveolar crests stomach, healed ulcer, goblet incomplete intestinal metaplasia, zone at bottom crypts and, finally, fetal epithelium. Electron microscopically, we central core granules epithelium dense cells. also immature mucin-producing rough endoplasmic reticulum At level, peculiar correlation between immunopattern morphology has been postulated. All our data support extend view that presence may be related to cell immaturity as well state cell. Finally, its relation mucosubstances carcinoma suggest should not considered an exclusive marker derivation.
