摘要: Lysozyme is an innate enzyme with potent non-immunological antibacterial properties in the upper intestinal tract. expression (ly-ex) was investigated 80 consecutive sets of gastric biopsies having normal mucosa (n=20), chronic gastritis metaplasia (IM, n=20), and pseudopyloric (PpM, n=20). In gastritis, foveolar epithelium mucus neck cells fundic as well antropyloric glands had moderate (++) to marked (+++) ly-ex whereas proper did not express lysozyme. IM goblet Paneth showed ly-ex. PpM, developing patients autoimmune (corpus) (++), thus contrasting negative or inflamed mucosa. The Helicobacter pylori proliferate areas PpM. lysozyme production PpM might be upregulated eradicate ingested, proliferating bacteria acid-deficient stomachs.
