摘要: Chemotherapeutic drugs are fundamental in cancer management and responsible for most cases of adjuvant treatment patients after surgical procedures. However, the median overall survival does not increase treated by concurrent chemo-radiotherapy. Consequently, further studies that could enhance therapeutic effect should be encouraged [1]. Although biological functions microRNAs (miRNA) completely revealed, there is growing evidence miRNA pathways a new mechanism gene regulation both normal diseased conditions [2]. Recent has shown mutations or aberrant expression patterns correlate with various diseases, such as cancer, viral infections, cardiovascular indicates miRNAs can function tumor suppressors oncogenes oretically become target to chemotherapeutic therapy. although much work been accomplished, development an efficient delivery system still remain major challenge wide application miRNA. In following sections -after brief introduction strategies -the potential contributions dendrimers effective non-viral systems combined microRNA therapy drug will discussed.
