摘要: Solid dispersion films were prepared with a highly water-soluble medicine, lidocaine hydrochloride (LDC), water-insoluble ethylcellulose (EC) and hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC). The release profiles of LDC from the solid different composition, suppression mechanism in LDC-EC-HPC system studied. rate film as drug-reservoir was well controlled at EC/HPC composition ratio 5/5. speculated that there little HPC together LDC, retained swelled by permeating fluid. Then, occurred via diffusion into phase, causing marked decrease rate. for clinical use, which had 30% film, adhered almost completely to buccal mucosa. These observations will provide useful information on application film.
