摘要: Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), which is produced by germinal center dendritic reticulum cells (DRC) in lymphoid tissue, plays a regulatory role local immune response. However no information available on the nature and location of responding to this cytokine. Thus TNF receptor distribution was investigated situ immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibodies directed against p75 p55 proteins. Receptor expression unique restricted lymphoreticular tissue. The found activated lymphocytes interdigitating T-cell area, whereas confined DRCs, are main site production. two proteins were expressed distinct cell populations system coexpression observed. Preliminary results indicate that (TNFR) regulated; Upregulation TNFR reactive hyperplasia together with increased expression. In lymphoproliferative disorders, mainly high-grade malignant non-Hodgkin lymphomas. summary, DRCs might regulate an vivo response through autocrine paracrine pathways. signal, proteins, receptor, different types
