摘要: Simultaneous ion-pair/supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was investigated as an alternative to liquid solvent extraction, for clenbuterol determination. Clenbuterol extracted from diatomaceous earth and food matrices (feedstuff, lyophilized milk liver) its 10-camphorsulfonate ion-pair using supercritical (SC) CO2 30 min of dynamic at 383 bar 40°C. The forming reagent added the cell prior SFE. Recoveries ranged 12 87% with mean R.S.D. 15% triplicate extractions. use a modifier also studied in depth.
