摘要: Abstract Procedures are described for optimising and validating an ELISA method measuring clenbuterol residues in bovine liver without prior sample enrichment. Optimal assay conditions obtained by preincubating supernatant with immobilised antibody raised to clenbuterol-ovalbumen. After further incubation a salbutamol-peroxidase conjugate, colour is developed using tetramethylbenzidene substrate. The will permit measurement of at the maximum residue level 0.5 ng g −1 confidence > 99%.
