摘要: Abstract We have examined conditions which will improve the solid phase in ELISAs for HBsAg and ferritin human serum. Sheep rabbit antibodies were used. It was found that pre-exposure of antibody to low pH, 3 M urea temperatures as high 82°C enhance ELISA colour these assays. Further experiments indicate perturb structure molecules results exposure new hydrophobic regions. is speculated more can bind regions on plastic surface normally not coated by non-perturbed molecules.
