摘要: Semimagnetic Semiconductors define a new class of materials, whose electronic energy band structure can be tuned via the external parameters magnetic field and temperature. The basic physical mechanism involved is exchange interaction between quasi-free electrons localized paramagnetic ions substituted into host material. Despite actual lack translation invariance system, concept bands maintained. Experimental data magneto transport, FIR-magneto spectroscopy, magnetization in strong fields up to 150 Tesla are presented. Special attention given possible combination Q2D-systems form “spin superlattice”, transition from Q2D- Q3D-quantum Hall effect, as well “scattering superlattice”.
