摘要: The Notch signaling pathway has become recognized as a vitally important in regulating proliferative/differentiative decisions and cell fate. To explore the involvement of adult gut, we investigated expression receptors their ligands by Northern blotting situ hybridization. were expressed both proliferative post-mitotic cells throughout rat variously epithelial, immune, endothelial cells. Expression Notch1, Jagged1, Jagged2 frequently overlapped, whereas Notch2 was restricted to specific crypt cells, lamina propria large intestine, Peyer's patch lymphocytes. We propose that multiple range different intestinal types indicates this underpins many processes involved maintenance function gut.
