摘要: T cell functional exhaustion during chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection may contribute to the failed viral clearance; however, underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely unknown. Here we demonstrate that jumonji domain-containing protein 6 (JMJD6) is a potential regulator of proliferation HBV infection. The expression JMJD6 was reduced in lymphocytes (CHB) patients, and this reduction associated with impaired proliferation. Moreover, silencing primary human cells We found promotes by suppressing mRNA CDKN3. Furthermore, have identified platelet derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) as expression. PDGF-BB downregulates inhibits cells. Importantly, levels from CHB patients were correlated degree liver damage outcome treatment. Our results regulate function provide insights for treatment strategies patients.
