摘要: PURPOSE To investigate changes to corneal surface aberrations and vision between PresbyLASIK LASIK for correction of presbyopia using the MEL 80 platform (Carl Zeiss Meditec, Jena, Germany). METHODS The retrospective data 31 patients who underwent (the group) January 2009 November 2011 20 matched were analyzed refraction, corrected distance visual acuity, wavefront calculated over 4- 6-mm pupils. Outcomes at 3-month follow-up visit compared collected immediately prior surgery correction. Associations induced best spherical equivalent refraction explored. RESULTS significantly reduced refractive error in both myopes hyperopes. Residual was not different treatment groups, except which more myopic following myopes. There no significant difference postoperative acuity groups. positive aberration negative hyperopes, with differences treatments only apparent when a 4-mm pupil (PresbyLASIK group: 0.07 ± 0.06 µm; 0.03 0.04 µm, P < .05). In highly associated change after (r = 0.82, .05) than 0.64, .001); instead led consistent shift approximately 0.3 µm independent refraction. CONCLUSIONS appears offer an improved response correcting due increase depth focus resulting from aberration. For provides effect change.
