摘要: We study the differences between real and expected corneal shapes, using an aspherical ablation algorithm with a known equation avoiding limitation imposed by most studies of refractive surgery in which equations are not known. have calculated theoretical shape predicted this algorithm, comparing topography. The results indicate that deviations appear significant for visual performance correction eye aberrations. If we include analysis effect reflection losses nonnormal incidence on cornea, can reduce differences, but they will remain significant. These confirm it is essential to minimize achieve effective surgery.
