摘要: Accumulating evidence indicates the role of endogenous catecholamines in mammalian embryogenesis. We searched public databases containing nucleotide sequences derived from mouse preimplantation cDNA libraries and found a partial sequence homology between clone blastocysts beta 2-adrenergic receptor sequence. No significant was for other adrenergic dopamine receptors. Using RT-PCR, we showed that 2-adrenoceptor is transcribed not only at blastocyst stage but also earlier stages development as well oocytes. Moreover, demonstrated transcripts encoding both isoforms 3-adrenoceptor (beta 3a- 3b-) are expressed oocytes embryos well. did detect 1-adrenoceptor transcript either or embryos. an antibody against receptor, protein embryos; blastocysts, immufluorescence labeling stronger inner cell mass than throphectodermal cells. The number vitro cultured exposed to isoproterenol (a potent adrenoceptor agonist) lower control embryos, suggesting activation receptors by appropriate agonist concentration can influence proliferation pre-implantation Thus, our results indicate ligands affect embryo even very early development.
