摘要: Epinephrine and norepinephrine can play an important role in basic developmental processes such as embryogenesis morphogenesis, regulating cell proliferation, differentiation migration. We showed that beta-adrenergic receptors mediate the effects of catecholamines on preimplantation embryos our previous work. In present study, we designed specific oligonucleotide primers which distinguish among all members alpha-adrenergic receptor family, (using RT-PCR) alpha2C-adrenergic is transcribed ovulated oocytes, 8- to 16-cell morulae expanded blastocysts. did not detect alpha2C-adrenoceptor transcript 4-cell embryos. Our immunohistochemical study presence alpha-2C-adrenoceptor protein 16- blastocysts, but signal was weak, probably represents remaining maternal origin. any other oocytes. Exposure mouse alpha2-adrenergic agonist UK 14 304 led significant reduction embryo number, effect dose dependent. results suggest epinephrine could affect development oviduct via adrenergic directly support opinion stress influence even very early pregnancy.
