摘要: Catecholamines play an important role in embryogenesis, and data obtained the rodent model indicate that they can act even during preimplantation period of development. Using RT-PCR with specific oligonucleotide primers distinguishing among all members adrenergic receptor family, we examined expression receptors bovine rabbit oocytes, morulas blastocysts. We found several profiles adrenoceptor mRNA expression. Transcripts for some subtypes (bovine alpha 2 receptors, α2A, α2C, β1 β2 receptors) were detected at stages, which suggests throughout (or most stages) developmental period. Expression oocytes but not later stages was only one subtype (rabbit α1B). In contrast, adrenoceptors embryos beta α1A). Nucleotide sequences our PCR products amplified represent first published (partial coding least transmembrane region) adrenoceptors. Our results suggest be a general feature mammalian embryos. On other hand, comparison three species (cattle, mouse) revealed possible interspecies differences particular subtypes. support opinion stress mediators directly cells
