摘要: Lymphomas arise containing abnormalities of various differentiation stage-specific molecules. In the study reported here, we have shown abnormal up-regulation germinal center B cell-associated GANP in human lymphomas including mantle cell, diffuse large and Hodgkin lymphoma, by immunohistochemical analysis. To role lymphomagenesis, generated mutant mice (ganp-Tg) that express transgenic ganp gene under immunoglobulin enhancer promoter control. Ganp-Tg showed a high incidence lymphomagenesis (29.5%) after aging with non-B/non-T cell surface phenotype having slight CD45R/B220 expression Ig transcripts rearranged VH-DH-JH IgH loci. ganp-Tg displayed similar pathologic characteristics to mouse reticulum neoplasm or lymphoma-like lesions. The VH sequences individual tumors proliferated from single clone oligoclones, as is found B-cell lymphoma. These results suggest overexpression causative factor generation lymphomas.
