摘要: mRNA export is a critical step in gene expression. Export of transcripts can be modulated response to cellular signaling or stress. Consistently, dysregulated primary human specimens derived from many different forms cancer. Aberrant expression factors alter the specific encoding proteins involved proliferation, survival, and oncogenesis. These factors, which are not used for bulk export, obvious therapeutic targets. Indeed, given emerging role cancer, it surprising that efforts target aspects this pathway have reached clinical trial stage. Thus, like transcription translation, may also play cancer genesis maintenance.
