摘要: The subdivision of total genomic human yeast artificial chromosome (YAC) libraries into specific clone collections will greatly facilitate the construction an integrated genetic, physical and transcriptional map genome. We report isolation 388 YAC clones from a library with average insert size 620 kilobases (kb) by hybridization composite 21 probe to high-density array clones. Roughly half these hybridize fluorescence in situ hybridization. These represent twofold coverage chromosome. technique offers potential sub-dividing whole their chromosomal elements produce high-resolution tools for genome mapping.
