摘要: The two National Laboratories at Livermore and Los Alamos have played a prominent role in the development application of flow cytometry sorting to chromosome classification purification. Both laboratories began receive numerous requests for specific human chromosomal types purified by gene library construction, but these were difficult satisfy due time personnel constraints.
