摘要: This research aimed to analyze the effect of IFITM1 on radioresistance oral neoplasm. Using a multi‐group heat map from {"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE9716","term_id":"9716"}}GSE9716 analysis GEO database, was determined be relevant gene. The TCGA database analyzed before expression analyzed. quantified by quantitative RT‐PCR and immunohistochemistry in 19 paired neoplasm cases. effects time dose radiation level CAL27 TSCC1 cell lines were tested RT‐PCR. Oral cells transfected with siRNA after radiotherapy disturb expression. After this, survival rates, apoptosis, caspase‐3 viability, γ‐H2AX detected using colony formation, flow cytometry, western blot immunofluorescence, respectively. Western used for STAT1/2/3/p21‐related protein phosphorylation changes. Finally, an in vivo nude mice tumor model established verify radioresistance. Through microarray analysis, head neck radioresistance‐related gene found overexpressed. overexpression verified not only but also cases tissues cells. With increases radiation, increased lines. Furthermore, si‐IFITM1 may restrain proliferation, DNA damage apoptosis pSTAT1/2/p21 upregulated while pSTAT3/p‐p21 downregulated due inhibition radiotherapy. evidence suggested that combination can inhibit
