摘要: Tolerancing and surface finish data are essential for automatically planning the manufacture, inspection, robotic assembly of mechanical components. A scheme representing features in a solid modeler based on constructive geometry (CSG) associating tolerances other attributes with such features. It shows conclusively that commonly-held beliefs CSG's inability to deal unfounded. The has been implemented PADL-2 modeling system is being used support research high-level languages programming numerically controlled (NC) machine tools.
