摘要: We report on a displacement metrology setup that provides subpm resolution in air. The is based Fabry-Perot cavity. However, unlike current cavity setups we incorporate novel fs-laser arbitrary wavelength synthesizer efficient suppression of atmospheric disturbances while providing very wide and precise tuning the output wavelength. sub-10 attometer resolution. length stability for integration times up to one minute pm half an hour without airtight enclosure cavities.
