摘要: Abstract The antinociceptive action of the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) agonists THIP and baclofen was evaluated in mice using hot-plate (48 55°C) tail-immersion (50°C) procedures. It found that atropine reversed antinociception induced by but not 48°C test, whereas anticholinergic drug blocked response to both GABA when stimulus provided a 55°C hot-plate. Atropine methylnitrate, mecamylamine, picrotoxin bicuculline had no effect on or baclofen. Prior treatment with haloperidol enhanced only A reciprocal cross-tolerance between assay, although exhibited morphine. These results suggest while analgesic is partially mediated common system, two agents act independent mechanisms as well.
