摘要: The influence of spatial differences, which are caused by different anthropogenic disturbances, and temporal changes, natural conditions, on macroinvertebrates with periphyton communities in Baiyangdian Lake was compared. Periphyton macrobenthos assemblage samples were simultaneously collected four occasions during 2009 2010. Based the physical chemical attributes water sediment, 8 sampling sites can be divided into 5 habitat types using cluster analysis. According to coefficients variation analysis (CV), three primary conclusions drawn: (1) metrics Hilsenhoff Biotic Index (HBI), Percent Tolerant Taxa (PTT), dominant taxon (PDT), community loss index (CLI), based macroinvertebrates, algal density (AD), proportion chlorophyta (CHL), cyanophyta (CYA), periphytons, mostly constant throughout our study; (2) terms variation, CV values macroinvertebratebased lower than periphyton-based metrics, these findings may effects changes environmental factors; whereas, macroinvertebrate-based higher those results linked influences phenology life history patterns macroinvertebrate individuals; (3) for functionalbased structuralbased metrics. Therefore, should considered when assessing applying biometrics.
