摘要: Background To compare the quality of life outcome between nurse-led and non-nurse-led interventions for patients with cancer using a meta-analysis. Methods A systematic literature review was performed by searching randomized controlled trials about in PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library databases until June 2017. Pooled summary estimates calculated as standardized mean difference (SMD) either on fixed- or random-effect model via Stata 13.0 software. Results Seven literatures involving 1110 (554 group 556 control group) were included. analysis showed there no differences global life, cognitive, emotional, role, social physical functions, appetite loss, diarrhea, dyspnea scales Quality Life Questionnaire C30 version 3.0 core (QLQ-C30) questionnaires groups. However, management program significantly decreased occurrence constipation (SMD = -0.36, 95% CI -0.71 to -0.00; P .001) insomnia -0.33, -0.99 0.32; .011) reduced financial difficulty -0.34, -0.65 -0.03; .033) cancer. Conclusion The disease strategy seemed be effective improve constipation, insomnia, impacts assessment.
