摘要: Coastal locations in the Mediterranean area experienced several geo-hydrological events from beginning of 3rd Millennium. Among most flooded areas featuring Ligurian coastal environment, Genoa is sorrowfully at international level, for flash flood characteristics and consequent damage: last event 4 November 2011, once again, caused loss human lives. Genoa, fact, can be considered an interesting case study risks: it said that to a general trend increasing hazard, due global particular climate changes area, corresponds increase vulnerability urban growth on plains. In this paper are analyzed unusual meteorological Gulf rate daily precipitation using recorded data station use since 1833. The significant periods land development also briefly described. They have determined important territory, modifying water balance basins considerable way.
