Qualitative differences between dimeric and trimeric stimulation of human basophils.

摘要: Previous studies from this laboratory demonstrated differences between antigenic and anti-IgE antibody stimulation of human basophils under the pharmacologic control indomethacin. We show here that difference may be due to type aggregation these stimuli induce on cell surface. found synthetically cross-linked trimer IgE caused histamine release was enhanced by indomethacin, whereas dimeric induced-release not. This result not a in kinetics two stimuli. These results suggest state Fc receptors differentially affects various cellular enzyme systems.
