摘要: A 3-dimensional Monte Carlo model for growth of hydrocarbon films on surfaces having dangling bonds is presented. The microscopic in the sense that it incorporates stereoscopic orientations deposited hydrocarbons and macroscopic considers shadowing effects porosity. parameters like surface roughness, porosity, H/C ratio sp 2 /sp 3 are related to (a) steric repulsion, (b) probability hydrogen abstraction, (c) configuration preference (d) radical site densities. It seen repulsion between co-deposited molecules an important parameter deciding micro-porosity roughness films. grown appears show a consistent scaling exponent when compared well known ballistic nonlinear evolution interfaces. Initial results porosity structure square samples ranging from 7-56 linear dimensions with periodic boundary conditions
