摘要: Summi~ ry An ELlSA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method for detecting HB,Ag was compared with the RPHA (reverse passive haemagglutination) method. A total of 90 specimens were tested and i t found that equal in sensitivity to method; 45 out samples positive by both 42 negative. In addition, 3 weakly but could not be confirmed confirmatory test HBSAg may thus represent false positives.
