摘要: Rotavirus A causes severe diarrhoea in infants and young children worldwide. Many unusual combinations of G P genotypes have been observed rotaviruses circulating developing countries. Mixed infection a single individual with more than one strain is mechanism by which genetic reassortants are formed combinations. However, few studies provided direct evidence for the formation such strains as result co-infection co-circulating strains. Here, we used full-genome sequencing to re-analyze G3P[4] (107E1B) G2P[4] (116E3D) detected India 1993 showed that 107E1B had virtually an identical nucleotide sequence 116E3D, except VP7 gene. Phylogenetic analysis revealed gene was typical human rotavirus origin, 99.3% identity another Indian G3 Thus, this study robust through reassortment DS-1 genogroup background acquired from strain. This established basis on facilitate full genome increasing number China elsewhere world.
