摘要: The phenolic composition, antioxidant activity, and antimicrobial activity of extracts from vine leaves six grape varieties collected in May, August, September was studied. potential the dependent on variety picking-time. Extracts were richest total phenols, flavonoids, flavonols, stilbenes. properties determined by ferric reducing power 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl assays, against Stapylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli, Salmonella Infantis good correlation with chemical composition changes leaf extracts. results indicated that remaining after harvest could be especially promising as an inexpensive source effective antioxidant/antimicrobial agents.
